At 12:18 on September 25, Hong Kong Airlines' "passenger-to-cargo" charter flight HX161, the first all-cargo charter flight was full of duty-free goods in Sanya, landed at Phoenix International Airport. The opening of the passenger-to-cargo charter flight is a new measure for Sanya relying on the Hainan Free Trade Port policy to open up the air cargo market and implement the "six stability and six guarantees" in order to keep the industry chain and supply chain stable.
The flight from Hong Kong to Sanya was contracted by Bondex Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bondex"), and was fully loaded with duty-free goods stocked by China Duty Free Group for the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival. In order to carry out the normalized epidemic prevention and control work strictly, the crew of this cargo flight will not get off the plane. Sanya Customs conducts disinfection and quarantine on the spot, and on-site security personnel take protective measures.
When Bondex and Hong Kong Airlines reached a charter flight cooperation, with the support of customs, border inspections and other joint inspection units, as well as the Sanya Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Investment Promotion Bureau, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we implemented the epidemic prevention and control within three days to ensure the opening of Sanya’s first all-cargo charter flight.The opening of freight routes can not only reduce the time cost and accounting cost of Hainan Sanya trade logistics, but also promote the development of modern logistics and other industries. It is also conducive to ensure the construction of China (Sanya) cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone and supply the demand for aviation logistics in the construction of comprehensive test zone.
